Decorate Your Own Cake
A line of cakes that come to you without any personalisation so you can add your own decor & toppers. (please note the florals are for picture purposes only - they are not included)
Cakes will not differ in design, however you can choose your colour (one colour only & colour splash). Chocolate cake will have chocolate icing therefore cannot be light colours
Each cake will have 3 layers and be filled & finished with Swiss buttercream
Flavours
Vanilla - with vanilla icing
Lemon - with vanilla icing
Orange & poppyseed - with vanilla icing
chocolate butter cake (same texture as vanilla) - with chocolate icing
chocolate mudcake ( denser richer cake, a favourite here) - with chocolate icing
Portions are as with all my cakes but with 3 layers smaller than bespoke cakes
5" Round cakes - portions 10-20
6" Round cakes - portions 12-24
8" Round cakes - portions 24-52

Swiss Meringue Buttercream
Eggs, Sugar, Butter (min 80% milk fat), Trex (Palm Oil, Rapeseed Oil), salt , Cream of Tartar (Acidity regulator (E336 (potassium tartrates), vanilla extract (Vanilla Bean Extractives, Water, Alcohol (35%)).
Chocolate Mudcake
Wheat Flour (Wheat Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Buttermilk, Eggs, butter (min 80% milk fat), Vegetable oil (rapeseed oil), sugar, Raising agent ( E 500 (Sodium Carbonates), Cocoa powder (cocoa powder ; acidity regulator: E 501i ), Callebaut 70% Chocolate (Cocoa mass, Sugar, Fat-reduced cocoa powder, Emulsifier: Soya lecithin, Natural vanilla flavouring).
Chocolate Swiss Buttercream
